Adam Lambert Prepping New Album, Working with Max Martin in Sweden

Alright my fellow Adam Lambert fans out there, it has been announced that Glambert is currently in Sweden alongside Max Martin , as well as other big named producers, working on his third studio album .

In case you don’t know, Max Martin is the man behind hit singles for artists such as Britney Spears, Maroon 5, Ke$ha and Katy Perry — just to name a few.

Take a look at what singer-songwriter Joe Janiak had to say about working on Adam’s new album with Max Martin below:

“[Martin] just brought in a load of people that he trusts and that make good music, and just seeing what happens. He’s got a company which really focuses on getting the best young writers and getting them all together in one place, so that they can have a hotbed of creativity and spin ideas off of each other.”

The album will follow the #1 debuting second studio album from the American Idol alum, Trespassing , which, to date, has only sold a total of 192,000 copies.

This is a large departure from his 2009 #3 debuting For Your Entertainment , which has sold 838,000 in the United States to date.

While there is currently no exact release date for the album, it can be expected to be released by the end of the year. Thoughts?
