Hawthorne Headhunters (Coultrain & Black Spade) and Joi Premiere “Everyone Wants To Be Alive”

Los Angeles-based collective Hawthorne Headhunters (St. Louis-born artists Coultrain and Black Spade) has premiered “Everyone Wants To Be Alive,” a funky new party jam that is sure to get you on your feet.

Featuring vocals by Joi (of the Dungeon Family) and produced by Tom Trago , the track will appear on HH’s forthcoming second studio album, Fools Paradise . Listen and download below.

Combining jazz, electro, and funk, Hawthorne Headhunters released their full length debut via Plug Research, Myriad of Now , in 2012.

The duo released two videos from that project in January of this year for “If You Were My Baby” and “Teleport.” Enjoy below.
