In promotion of his charity #OperationGirl, R&B crooner John Legend tributes all women with an empowering music video for You & I (Nobody in the World),” directed by Mishka Kornai.

The touching visual features 63 women and girls, including the singer’s wife Chrissy Teigen, actress Tatyana Ali, transgender actress and activist Laverne Cox, a woman with vitiligo, a roller derby team, a woman battling cancer and another cancer survivor who reveals mastectomy scars, a pro fighter, a bullied middle-schooler and a young girl with down syndrome.

The ladies are also interviewed for a short documentary, titled What Do You See When You Look In The Mirror, which explores their “thoughts and insights as they take a deep look into the mirror and reflect on themselves and their experiences.”

“It was very hard for me to ever acknowledge that the way I look could be perceived as beautiful,” one woman says in the EVERDREAM-directed clip. “But after college, I realized I have my own individual beauty and nobody can take that away from me.”

“You & I (Nobody in the World)” is the fourth single from John’s fourth studio album, Love in the Future, which released on August 30, 2013.

It follows the Rick Ross-assisted “Who Do We Think We Are,” “Made to Love,” and “All of Me,” which became John’s first #1 single of his career this year.

Executive produced by John alongside Kanye West and Dave Tozer, Love in the Future features New Zealand songstress Kimbra, Brooklyn-based singer Stacy Barthe and English soul artist Seal.
