The second season of VH1’s provocative basketball drama series Hit The Floor ends on August 11th but don’t worry, the sex, backstabbing and dancing will be back for season number three next Spring.

Starring Dean Cain, Kimberly Elise, Taylour Paige, Logan Browning , and Valery Ortiz , the show centers on the world of professional basketball and a team of professional basketball dancers, the Los Angeles Devil Girls.

The Summer hit is currently the #1 ad-supported cable scripted drama among women 18-49, and consistently ranks in the Top 10 most social shows on TV Monday nights on Twitter.

“’Hit The Floor’ delivered again with fantastic ratings and social media engagement in season two, especially among women,” said Susan Levison, EVP of Original Programming & Production for VH1 in Tuesday’s press release . “We look forward to seeing what kind of trouble the Devil Girls will get into next season.”

The series was created by James LaRosa , who also serves as executive producer along with Maggie Malina, Bryan Johnson, The Film Syndicate, Susan Levison and Jill Holmes .

Watch the last two episodes on August 4th and 11th at 9/8c, and expect season 3 to premiere in May 2015 with 10 new episodes.
