Karol Conka & Sam Smith Make Rolling Stone’s 10 New Artists to Know List
Anyone you hear constantly complaining about a lack of “good” new music usually isn’t really looking for it.
And even though they are lazy and we shouldn’t help them, Rolling Stone’s April 2014 edition of “10 New Artists You Need to Know” will surely put them on to some artists they’ll want to hear more from.
The eclectic listing includes Soulful British crooner Sam Smith — who we became familiar with via Disclosure‘s “Latch,” Indian-born Norwegian singer-songwriter Samsaya, and Brazilian rapper Karol Conka.
I picked out a few I’m excited about and who you can expect to see more of here.
