She’s graced over a dozen fashion editorials since getting her big break from Givenchy‘s Riccardo Tisci in 2012, but the May 2014 issue of Vogue Portugal signifies the first of many magazine covers for Maria Borges.

The 5’11” Angolan beauty gives us perfection in her Rui Aguiar-photographed cover shoot, titled “À Flor Da Pele.”

Fashion editor Paul Macedo selects pieces from Kenzo, Hermès, Givenchy by Riccardo Tisci, Céline, Maison Martin Margiela, Diogo Miranda, Prada, Andy Warhol by Pepe Jeans, Tod’s, Hotel Particulier, Gareth Pugh, Cristina Reel, Olga Noronha and more for her wardrobe.

The model’s hair is styled by Miguel Viana, with makeup by Cristina Gomes. Enjoy the full photo spread, plus behind-the-scenes shots from her interview video below.
