Pharrell Williams & Comme des Garçons to Collaborate on Unisex Fragrance
Grammy award winning singer-songwriter/producer Pharrell Williams, who is also known as a fashion icon due to his unique style and ever evolving clothing line, BBC, is now about to release his first fragrance alongside Japanese fashion label Comme des Garçons called Girl, which will be unisex.
Take a look at what Pharrell had to say about the team up below:
“As one of my favorite designers once said, ‘Comme des Garçons is your favorite designers’ favorite designer…the top of the top, the best of the best. I am so honored to be working with Comme des Garçons and cherish the education that I’ve experienced in this collaboration.”
As mentioned earlier, this isn’t Skateboard P’s first move into the fashion industry, along with being a fashion icon and entrepreneur with his own clothing line, the singer has collaborated with Moncler, and created jewelry and shades for Louis Vuitton.
Additionally, at New York Fashion Week he revealed he is the creative director of an eco-conscious collaboration between G-Star Raw and Bionic Yarn.
Though there are currently little details surrounding the new scent, it is set to hit stores in September 2014. Thoughts?
