Samuel L. Jackson plans to scare the hell out of us in a forthcoming crime/thriller titled Reasonable Doubt , for which an official trailer has premiered.

Also starring Dominic Cooper and Gloria Reuben , the film centers on an up-and-coming assistant District Attorney Mitch Brockden (played by Cooper), whose life is turned upside down when he’s involved in a hit and run and another man — Clinton Davis (played by Jackson) is arrested for his crime and charged with murder.

Directed by Peter Howitt and written by Peter Dowling , Reasonable Doubt was shot in Canada and Chicago. The film is set to release Spring/Summer 2014.
