The lovely ladies of New York City’s diverse Brown Girls Burlesque will bring the heat with their Hot and Bothered show on July 25, 2013 at Camaradas in East Harlem.
Hosted by Jazabel Jade , the event will feature performances by Aurora Boobrealis, Sweet Lorraine, Sista Selva, Essence Revealed , and Bianca Dagga , with special guests Sake Fevah and Miss Poison Ivory .
Brown Girls Burlesque’s Sophie Sucre
Since its 2007 inception, BGB has prided itself on using the art of burlesque to reflect under-represented women of color.
It has been featured in Bust Magazine, The Advocate, The Village Voice, and Spread Magazine.
