Ahh before you know it, summer will be over and it’ll be time to Rock The Bells in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Washington, D.C., and New York!
The annual hip-hop festival has revealed its four lineups — all of which include KiD Cudi , who’ll be performing new tunes from Indicud , Wu-Tang Clan , who will be celebrating their 20 year anniversary, and Black Hippy crew members Kendrick Lamar , Schoolboy Q , Ab-Soul , and Jay Rock .
Hosted by Peter Rosenberg and Murs , the four-city, two-day event taking place in September/October will also feature hologram performances by late rappers Ol’ Dirty Bastard and Eazy E .
The 40+ artist roster is packed with a healthy mix of hip-hop legends and newcomers, while non-rap acts include electro/experimental artists Girl Talk and Pretty Lights , and the closely hip-hop affiliated R&B songstress Jhené Aiko .
The lineup is sure to change in the coming months but check out who’s listed below, along with the Rock the Bells Press Conference and Launch Party Highlights video.
