Usher & Diplo’s “Go Missin” Single Cover

Between New York Fashion Week, Grammys follow-up, Google screwing us over , and the flurry of other Valentine’s Day releases, I somehow missed this little gem from Usher and Diplo ‘s second collaboration, a new single entitled “Go Missin’.”

If you recall, around the same time last year , the R&B superstar and international DJ joined up to give us one of my favorite tracks, “Climax,” the lead single for his seventh studio album, Looking 4 Myself .

And while it didn’t do as well in the U.S. as I expected, struggling to finally peak at just #17 on the Hot 100 , “Climax” would go on to be named “one of the best singles of 2012″ by Rolling Stone and Entertainment Weekly . It also won Usher a Grammy Award for Best R&B Performance, his first in the category.

“Go Missin’” is a hot and sexy offering, featuring Usher’s sweet falsetto crooning naughty lyrics, which are actually enjoyable unlike those of Looking 4 Myself hits “Scream” and “Lemme See.”

Slow but rhythmic, if the track reaches dance floors, expect to see some grinding. No idea if the song will be appearing on a forthcoming album, but enjoy and download it for free below!

“Go missing, baby ain’t nobody gotta know
Go missing, conscience telling you, you shouldn’t go
Don’t listen, I’ma take good care of you for sure
Turn around, you can follow me right out that back door
Go missing, go missing, go missing
Baby we can keep it on the low”
