For about five years, my fellow Justin Timberlake fans and I have been waiting for a follow-up album to 2006′s FutureSex/LoveSounds, which not only managed to sell over 10 million copies worldwide, but further established his career as solo artist.
While rumors have surfaced over the years, Justin kept shooting them down by saying that he wasn’t ready, which was most likely due to his re-found love of acting, but today, January 10, 2013, I am beyond pleased to share that JT is finally ready !!!
The singer-turned-actor-turned business mogul released a video message today, teasing his first new music in years, but is waiting a few more days to offer more specifics.
When watched on his official website, the video is replaced with a countdown clock, which will either give us another announcement or release a song in three and a half days — Monday, January, 14 at 12 a.m. ET.
This gives me another reason to be excited for music this year!!! I absolutely love Justin , always have, and always will. I’m so glad that he is finally ready to release his third studio album. Take a look at the video below:
