The Weeknd is no stranger to numbness and detachment, and “Enemy” falls right in line with what we’ve come to expect from the rising alternative R&B star.

At least he’s honest. The hypnotic new track will not appear on the crooner’s forthcoming debut album, Trilogy , which drops on November 13th and is available now on iTunes .
