Aesop Rock keeps the impeccable visuals coming with a third new video for “Cycles to Gehenna,” which is the third single from his tenth studio release SKeLETHoN.

Directed by Ben Fee and Pete Lee, the clip incorporates a “gaggle of bad ass ballerinas” who, despite their rugged appearance, add beautiful delicacy.

Meanwhile, the Cali emcee experiments with motorcycle riding as a form of escape from the death of real life friend Camu Tao, who succumbed to lung cancer in 2008.

“Here is how a great escape goes when you can’t take your dead friends names out your phone.”

The clip’s dark, grittiness supports “Gehenna” being a place outside of ancient Jerusalem referred to in scriptures as the “destination of the wicked” or hell.

Released on Rhymesayers, SKeLETHoN peaked at #3 at Amazon‘s Pop Rap album charts on July 10th, 2012 and debuted at #21 on the Billboard 200 with 14,000 copies sold in its first week.
