Victoria’s Secret Models Cycle Ride to Benefit Cancer Research at Soul Cycle
Victoria’s Secret beauties Arlenis Sosa, Lindsay Ellingson, Doutzen Kroes, Behati Prinsloo and Erin Heatherton glowed while cycling for a cancer research benefit at NYC’s Soul Cycle this week.
The models were pretty exhausted though despite barely breaking a sweat, with Doutzen tweeting “OMG have you ever done spinning before? We just did the #SupermodelCycle charity bike ride at @SoulCycle NYC! EXHAUSTED.”
With their favorite Vickie’s sport bras on and a specially curated playlist of hip-hop tunes on deck, the Victoria’s Secret team participated in the actual cycle class available to ticket holders at prices ranging from $1,500-$2,500.
“I’m actually really getting into it, ” said Arlenis. “This is going to be my fifth ride, so I think I’m going to be good at it!”
Riders were also given the chance to bid on exclusive Victoria’s Secret items, with 100% of the proceeds going directly to Pelotonia and their fund-raising efforts for The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center- James Cancer Hospital.
“What’s better than a really good workout? Raising money for cancer research at the same time!! I had a blast @soulcycle and @VictoriasSecret,” tweeted Lindsay. While Behati challenged Erin to a little competition, “Oh it’s on! @VictoriasSecret @ErinHeatherton,” she tweeted.
Overall, the models seemed really happy to be apart of the cause. “Cancer has touched so many people’s lives,” said Erin. “Not only are we together with our whole Victoria’s Secret family, breaking a sweat and SoulCycling, but we’re raising money for a great cause and I’m just so honored to be here!”
