Soapbox Theory, created by Kayin Talton, is a creative partnership with Screw Loose Studio. One of few brands that gets afro-centric apparel design right, the Black and woman-owned company creates t-shirts, greeting cards, bags and more featuring striking and positive images of Black culture.

Started in 2001, Soapbox Theory was a way for Kayin to keep her creative juices flowing while attending school for Mechanical Engineering.

Most recently, Soapbox Theory has jumped into the children’s book arena releasing Flying Lessons — a story about two young girls and a wonderful adventure with their great-grandmother. Check out some of our favorite Soapbox Theory products in the gallery below.
