Documentary: Women Are Heroes by JR

JR Women Are Heroes Documentary

“Women Are Heroes,” a Documentary by JR

Women Are Heroes , part of Parisian street photographer JR’s 28 Millimètres project , draws attention to oppressed women everywhere.

Chronicling the lives of women from around the globe, from Cambodia to Brazil, London to Los Angeles, the film debuted at Cannes Film Festival earlier this year.

Following his usual social undertones, the film takes us into the harshest of conditions abroad to learn about the power of women. Enjoy the trailer below.
