The Killers, UNICEF & MTV Unite Against Human Trafficking with “Goodnight, Travel Well”

American rock band The Killers collaborates with UNICEF, MTV EXIT (End Exploitation and Trafficking) and USAID (US Agency for International Development) in the fight to end sex trafficking globally.

The David Slade-directed video above, which features “Goodnight, Travel Well” from The Killers’ 2008 album Day & Age, serves as the second in a series that highlights the danger and impact of human trafficking.

The series launched last year with an award-winning film produced by MTV EXIT that featured the Radiohead‘s “All I Need.”

“We are deeply shocked and appalled that women and children are forced into such exploitative situations,” said a spokesperson for The Killers. “We hope that through MTV’s efforts, and this powerful video, millions of people across the world learn about this tragic form of modern-day slavery.”
